Location.

Spent money for ocean view room and got a first floor room where you get a pool view. Beds and bathroom were not clean.

The staff and pools

The room smelled musty and they came and sprayed it didn’t help. The bathroom had mold in the shower and kitchen sink Leaked

Waterpark and beach access was nice

spider fell out of shower head, door handle broke, all the vents in the bathrooms blow out hot air, staff was not nice when problems were brought up
