Americas Best Value Inn

There were definite places where paint was needed and walls fixed. Shower did not work in one of the rooms we booked but didn't know until am.

Very clean, but the room had definitely had a smoker in it at some point. Front desk was very friendly.

There wasn't a lamp for the desk, which was located in a back corner of the room, which meant I couldn't use the desk at night as I would have liked. Liked having the refrigerator and microwave.

My room was so dirty and I didn't even stay in the room. There was a dresser drawer filled with clothes from the previous tenant. It looked like they sprayed the walls and never wiped them down and left streaks all down them.

The worse we have ever stayed at! The room smelled .. cold in room and no heat .. shabby .. water was just barely lukewarm .. shower curtain was 6” too short so water all over floor .. no mirror in bathroom (space for it, with vanity lights). You get a small bar of soap, that’s it! They said rooms had WiFi, but we weren’t able to connect. Picked this motel because it was close to the bike trail & the hotel we had wanted was full:( We were suppose to stay 2 nights, but left after the first night! There is NOTHING positive about this place!

I stayed at this Inn for almost 3 weeks. The price was right, room was cleaned daily and the staff could not have been nicer. Don't over pay at those high priced hotels off of I90, head a couple miles down the street to this inn. You'll be happy you did.

I rarely leave a bad review for anything. I even waited a week. This room looked exactly like the pictures but absolutely was stinking of cigarette smoke. I almost walked right out but am on a budget and thought it just needed an air out. 1 bottle of fabreze later it was ok. Trash all around the shrubs and a few shopping carts in the corner outside. Parking was excellent and directly outside of room. Cigarette burns on the covers of the bed were so bad, I took all the covers off and we slept on our sleeping bags we thankfully still had in the car. By morning the air stunk again of cigarettes. Cheap room. Got what we paid for. No bed bugs that I could see. No photos. We didn’t want to remember. With all of the poor reviews that I am now reading, yes I should have done that prior, why is this hotel on hotels.com?? I have never had such a bad booking on this site.

Great service at front desk, but room was dirty and not ready when we arrived

Very clean. Mattress was not comfortable, lumpy. Would have liked more complementary toiletries. Otherwise I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

Room was clean. Dumpsters in driveway were overflowing with garbage - almost cancelled.
