"A beautiful property on the lagoon"

The vast property is in a beautiful location on the lagoon.

We booked a pool villa only to arrive and be told that our villa was unavailable for the first 2 nights of our stay. The day it was meant to be available we approached reception after breakfast and were told it would be ready soon - we still couldn’t get into it at 4pm. We were compensated for the 2 nights, but it just caused unnecessary stress.

Beautiful location, staff & food. 10/10. Rooms vary depending on what you book but you can’t go wrong with this place. No need to go anywhere other than snorkelling trips to the outer islands or markets.

Staff wages don’t match the foreign prices. Definitely profiting off the hard-working staff. Plumbing in lagoon bungalow - the drains could do with a clean out - odour.

Room on lagoon lovely with patio to sit outside and listen to the water. Pools fabulous, great for children and adults, not crowded outside school holidays at least. All of the staff were lovely. It was a nice place to stay and spent time with extended family.

The food was very average and expensive. The breakfast buffet never changed and pretty boring, though omelettes were good. Food at restaurants expensive and pretty poor. Buffet food mainly luke warm. Little local flavour, we could have been anywhere. The WiFi was useless and esim reception not much better. Resort must be close to having a renovation.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of loungers available. Good pools.

Even the newly refurbished room I chose was very tired with some clearly quick DIY amendments and things like the base of the mirror clearly not being cleaned for weeks or months based on the limescale build up
