Excellent location for accessing Utrecht It was clean, staff were really friendly and the shower in our room was fantastic.

No milk for tea/ coffee in our room and only herbal tea. No water in room for drinking and water dispenser in lounge not available at night. I don’t expect to get drinking water from the bathroom especially not in a hotel.

Staff were great and really helpful, gave me some great recommendations of places for dinner. Location was perfect with everything I needed within walking distance.

Only 1 plug in the room to charge phones & laptop which was in the bathroom next to the sink! There were USB points above the bed but these didn't appear to work as I found out in the morning and are only useful with a USB port. Most charging leads are no longer USB.

location was great but the room was small and being on the first floor above the entrance and near the lounge, it was excessively noisy from external traffic and passers by as well as internally from other guests. very poor nights sleep

Hunfeld is a truly charming hotel that makes you feel as though you're staying in a beautiful home right in the heart of the city. Every time we visit Utrecht, this is our hotel of choice. The only small suggestion we have is to add mini-fridges to the rooms. Other than that, everything is excellent. The atmosphere, comfort, and overall experience are simply wonderful.
