Incredible location and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for family travel.

We booked a Superior Double Room expecting the room to be similar to the photograph on this questionnaire and on the website. In fact it was a room with sloping ceilings, a view over a rather unimpressive courtyard and glimpses of the Dom Tower through the skylight. If that is a 'Superior" room then the other rooms must be ever more unwelcoming. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. Staff were friendly, but apparently the phone in the room on which is written "lift to contact reception" is only for decoration. Overall an expensive disappointment .

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is central, next both to railway station , to the historic centre of town and to restaurants and bars. The decoration and interior style is aligned with the architecture of the building, and very cosy. Coffee and tea available in the room.

The curtains of 2 small windows in the room opening over the bed did not work, so early in the morning we had sun direct in our eyes. Bring eye mask! Also, it would have been nice to have a small fridge, the room had sufficient space for it.
