Suite was spacious but it was very dingy including poorly lit room and bathroom, stained carpet, and stains on walls. Cleanliness could have also been better… saw random hairs throughout room. Lastly the view sucked!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a king room suite. It had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had great water pressure. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel - King Brasserie - is very good. We had dinner and breakfast there during our stay. The gym has 3 treadmills, 2 elipticales, 2 pelotons, and a dumbbell rack. It’s a basic hotel gym but it’s nice. The location is great. It’s walkable to a lot of the downtown area. Overall we had a good stay and I definitely recommend it.

Came here for a quick stay after being on a business trip all weekend. The staff were simply amazing. The hotel was clean and spotless. They were some of the most professional folks I’ve ever encountered. Ross was my valet and I highly recommended him. He was so courteous and accommodating. Same for Semaj, he ensured that my check in process was top of the line.

We encountered 3/4 different employees. All of them were great! Good and fast service. We only caught Rosses name. But the others were all awesome. Thank you to the hard working team.

We had a great time in new orleans, and our valets ross and jc both provided amazing service!!

Great hotel - super friendly staff - would stay again. My only complaint was that you pay the 'amenity fee' but the complementary coffee in the morning only ran until 9 am and I'm sorry that's too early to end when we're on vacation in New Orleans! Loved both the lounge and the restaurant bars. Amazing drinks and very friendly servers!

Une tasse achetée au musée de la deuxième guerre mondiale a disparu, malgré notre réclamation aucune solution n’a été proposée ni trouvé. La veille de notre départ nos objets personnels ont étés déplacés ce qui n’a pas à avoir lieu.

This was one of the best experiences I had in my travels. Started with Valet: Ross & Bill welcomed us with a bright smile. Front desk personnel were very polite and friendly: got my first suite experience because of the upgrade I got. Tried food in Kings restaurant: Very tasty and comfortably located in the hotel . Had breakfast every day there for our stay Rooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

I don't travel often but when I do I really appreciate staff that goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. Upon check in we were greeted and checked in by a big smile and helpful soul. Semaj was kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to help ensure we had a great stay. It was our first time in New Orleans and we'll be back for sure. We won't need to search for a place to stay because we'll definitely be staying here again. I hope The Kimpton realizes how much of an asset Semaj is.

Not our first time to stay here, but won’t be our last. Rooms are spacious, hotel rooms are quiet, while it is in an ideal location to experience New Orleans. Walk to dinner in the warehouse district, along the river in the morning, or into the quarter for lunch. The staff is exceptional. We arrived before check in time and the valet , Russ, helped us unload our copious luggage on a cart for secure storage until we could check in. He asked what our plans were, we mentioned we were attending a concert at lafayette Square that evening, he insisted on loaning us his folding chairs to take to the concert. Talk about above and beyond! Every one was just a pleasure to be around- from the front desk to the wait staff at Kings Brasserie for breakfast and the Peacock room for drinks. Don’t miss the free coffee bar in the morning - hot and iced coffee is available.
