"Resort was perfect"

We had a great time at the resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was updated, clean and had everything we needed. The checkin was flawless and the staff were friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The location was perfect, right on Thames with stores and restaurants all nearby. We will definitely come back again in the future.

"My stay was wonderful"

I loved the spacious suite. I was not expecting a full kitchen with everything including dishes. The suite was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to book next year's stat.

The pool area was a bit small and the gym equipment was not functioning properly.

"Newport Onshore in winter"

Weather was very cold and windy. The resort is beautiful and well laid out. Two bedroom units with two balconies. Great view of Newport Harbor. Welcoming gift and snack tray in lobby were a plus. Could be very crowded in summer but off season is quiet. Centrally located off Thames street. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Even though it was cold we had a wonderful stay at Newport Onshore.

"A fun winter getaway."

The place is in a good location. the suite was nice and big. The kids had a good time in the pool. This is really off season for this place so not too many people. We got a parking spot right in front of the door.

"Love the vacation vibe of the hotel and it is so close to food and the ocean"

Such a great place to stay in Newport. Loved the private parking because we had to carry a lot of luggages. Will definitely be back for more stays.

The room temperature did not go up so the nights were quite cold. It would be great if we can get some thicker blankets as additional layers
