Very clean and pet friendly. Recommend for travelers in the area.

We never actually stayed overnight the place was a dump and the elevator was broken. The person working the front desk was a combo of stupidity and rudeness.

We were so happy to see the new remodeled Hampton Inn. We have been stopping here for many years Jacqueline at the front desk was exceptional. She made you feel like family

Generally, I like Hampton Inns. Unfortunately, this one is in need of systematic maintenance. The pool has not been operating for some time (the staff so informed me) and the elevator was out of order. Neither of these matters were noted on the web page and no "rate accommodation" was offered in light of these defects. Although the staff was very apologetic, they were not empowered to do anything. I asked for a partial refund through the company's system and heard no reply. That was two weeks ago. Once I trudged up the stairs to my room, I found in newly updated and the window did open. All things considered, I'd be OK with an old room and a working elevator.

The property is under renovation which we did not read before booking. Services and room availability were both limited. The staff was very accommodating in providing solutions but it was a disappointment. Also the shower war temperature was tepid.

hotel was under repair which was not noted on site. Pool closed, elevator not working, water fountains not working. Appeared other areas such as gym also being renovated.

They said the computers were down and we couldn’t check in . We had to go somewhere else late in the day . Please refund us our money . You need better tech support then this. The poor guy at the desk said he was on hold and there was hundreds of people in front of them

Location is ideal for my needs.

Air conditioner noisy and it ran nonstop all night despite changing the temp. Only way to stop it was to turn it off. Elevator was not working so had to carry bags up the stairs.

This stay had so many issues. But, I will start with the positives. This hotel is conveniently located next to the highway which is perfect for a quick stay over. There is a nice Italian restaurant and bar within walking distance. The hotel is newly renovated. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a room that was so new. The first problem with our stay is that no where was it posted in the app or stated by the person on the phone when we called before booking, that the elevator is broken and has been for 3 weeks. Nor were we told the pool was closed for the summer. We found out both when we arrived to check in. We were put on the third floor which was not ideal with 3 little kids, luggage and a cooler. The key card did not work and after having it reprogrammed twice we were given a new room on the second floor. One of the two beds did not have a fitted sheet, just the loose sheet on top of the mattress that had a mattress cover. When we went down to get sheets the front desk person was apologetic and walked us to the laundry room to get sheets. There were no bathroom towels. Instead of going back downstairs we were lucky enough to have my in-laws staying down the hall and asked them to have one of their two towels. The AC unit leaked our entire stay which drenched the floor. At the free breakfast the juice machine was broken. I felt so bad for the person working the front desk. I feel like these are temporary issues that can be turned around easily.
