Hampton Inn Stony Creek

What a wonderful experience, clean room and a great staff. We stop by this hotel for years and the new renovation and look is such a nice upgrade to an already friendly hotel. We enjoyed the new rooms and look, and a great Hampton breakfast as usual. Great job and we will continue to use this on our trips.

The TV only had one channel. No soap in bathroom or shower, and the orange juice at breakfast was sour fermented. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

We booked a double bed room , when we arrived no room with double bed available , so we got a long with pullout couch , no sheets or blankets for the pullout and staff couldn’t open the closet to give us any …

They were under renovations so I can see the upgrades and potential in the hotel. The staff were amazing. It was very comfortable and a nice breakfast included. Good value.

Good location

Wet spots, I question whether the room had been cleaned well before because shower products were empty. TV remote didn't seem to work other than one channel. the elevator had horrible sounds, very scary. Wasn't the worse hotel, but was concerned about the cleaning of our room

Property is under renovation

I understand the property is going under renovations but the first room they gave us, the toilet didn’t flush then the 2nd room, bathroom door lock didn’ lock, curtain rod was broken and the elevator scared the living day lights out of everyone (this needs to be looked at, I highly doubt it would pass inspection). Do yourself a favor and look at Fairfield Inn next door.

Checking in was amazing although they’re remodeling the place looks great. Service was amazing but the coffee was cold. A couple different times, but besides that everything else was amazing.
