"Good"

The staff are amazing and friendly, efficient and welcoming. The appearance while undergoing renovation was unpleasant with dirty sticky floors in the hallways and elevator on new floors and carpets and it stayed like that overnight. The bathroom was not fully clean (used washcloth hanging in the shower) and the floor was a little dusty with construction

"Issues with room 322."

The television and remote did not allow us to change any channels. The air conditioner unit was making a loud noise which meant it had to be turned off in order to sleep. The front desk helped as much as they could, but after a long journey it was disappointing to not have the everything work properly. We will not be staying there on our return trip home.

The staff at breakfast were very pleasant and accommodating !

It’s never as pristine as other Hampton Inn properties. The clerk at front desk was very unprofessional and repeatedly wiped her nose with her hand while checking us in as if she had a cold.

"Did Not Disclose Renovation"

The hotel was under renovation. The Hotel.com site did not disclose this information. While at the hotel, I checked their direct website, which mentioned the renovation but did not mention that the hotel amenities, such as the pool and gym, would be closed. I would not have chosen this hotel had they been truthful.

Liked nothing. Terrible experience. Electrical outlets didn’t work in the bathroom. No tissues in the room. Staff did not care about anything. Would never stay there again.

"Nightmare Hotel "

This hotel was under complete renovation. This was not on the site and it was late and we could not get a refund. They double charged me and there was construction dust everywhere- there was no flooring in the elevator and the elevator was barely operable with a missing certificate
