Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodations at any time without any refund of your accommodations or bond. Under Tasmanian law, The Henry Jones Art Hotel will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or destruction of your property except in very specific circumstances - see section 49A of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (Tas). Your insurance may also cover loss, damage or destruction of your property. The waterfront position, the ambience with the historic building gave the room and unique feel. All the art and attentive staff were also a standout.

No price sheet in rooms of drink and food in bar and cupboards.
