Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carson City by IHG

This hotel was a great place for a one night stay. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast options were some of the best I’ve had at a hotel serving free breakfast. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. I’d definitely stay here again!

All in all the stay was good.. Our only complaint is that the parking area was way too small. We had to park in back of the hotel and the door was only an exit so we had to walk all the way around the property to get in. Not too convenient.

the hotel was not bad, good breakfast and the front desk staff was kind, but the cleaness of the room i did not like it, the coffe maker very dirty who is going to prepare a cup of coffe if the machine is very dirty, the floor was broken one bed did not have sheets, they did not clean the room while we were staying there.they really need to do something regarding the cleaning side.and the worst thing the guest above did not allow me to sleep, they have kids and they were running doing to much noise ,the hotel is not noise prove you hear the steps when people are walking even in the hallway.

The beds are comfy, the pillows however are so flat and uncomfortable. The ac worked very well, the front desk lady was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was ok, the eggs I thought were supposed to be omelets but they were just eggs folded over, no bacon (shown in pics), the pancakes were ok, they were flat and kind of chewy. Everything else was good and filling, the employee in charge of breakfast was on top of it, she made sure everything was replenished.

The staff was really good.

The pool area . It looked like both the pool and hot tub could have used a little attention. The water was really foaming with dirt in the hot tub The fan over the pool was so out of alignment that it was vibrating really bad. Was worried that it would fall.

Chambre confortable, prestation correcte, une piscine et jacuzzi, mais la couleur de l'eau n'était pas engageante. Bon petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité . La valeur et sèche linge dans l'hôtel. Personnel fort sympathique

Piscine insuffisamment filtrée, l'eau était verte malheureusement. Pas de drap prévu pour la 5eme personne, nous avons dû demander à l'accueil. Le matelas du canapé est impossible, on sent les ressort très fortement
