Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carson City by IHG

Air conditioner was broken and was super loud! On top of that they started construction at 6am. Needless to say, we got no sleep

Clean room, soft beds, and smelled clean. Breakfast had many choices and was good. Easy on/off freeway that was close by.

This property was quiet and safe. Not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it was a good experience. I would stay there again.

First thing

The location was perfect and the breakfast was good.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Carson City for 3 nights, and not once was our room serviced—even though we followed their instructions and requested it as told. We never received clean towels during our entire stay. When I asked for some, I was told I had to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk at 11 p.m. to get replacements. Completely unacceptable. The staff blamed being understaffed, but that’s not an excuse for poor basic service. If you can’t deliver the standard amenities guests are paying for, be upfront about it. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns before and have never had an experience this frustrating. I expected much better. I do not recommend this location and will think twice before booking with this brand again.

Overall the staff is good but our room was not done for one day until we told the front desk to do it the next morning, and she said that it would depend if she had enough staff, cards for the room get deactivated every day so for 3 days we have to go to front desk to get it fix and believe me we were not the only ones with that problem

Tv was old and small. Not enough towels for 2 nights stay. Bed was a little hard.
