"Afternoon tea experience"

Had a lovely afternoon cream tea. Foot was lovely and so much -had to take a box home. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially Leila, Sophie and Ellie who were just delightful

"Amazing Day!"

First visit to the Solent Spa and was very impressed. I’ve spent many years visiting a well known health spa but the Solent will be my new place! Everything was good quality from the robes, freely available snacks and drinks, products in the changing rooms and loungers. I had a treatment with Dani and as an ex massage therapist myself, I can honestly say it was amazing! She was accommodating, confident and so friendly. It was a nice change to the otherwise rushed feeling you can get when visiting spas. Lunch was at the restaurant - not included in our package and was lovely. Although loungers are limited, there is plenty of comfortable seating alongside the pool. Thinking of treating myself to a membership now. 5* to all!

"Best hotel in the area"

The hotel is really welcoming and as a single traveller I feel at ease straight away. Some of the facilities in the rooms could do with some TLC - but nothing too damming. Restaurant staff are so friendly and not too overwhelming. Leah looked after me with a friendly smile and everything was prompt.

"A pleasant stay in a slightly quirky hotel with a mixture of new and old."

Friendly Reception. helpful staff Room large and comfortable, large desk and chair to work at with plenty of drawers, FRESH MILK available to be kept in fridge. Nice selection of tea and coffee.

NO hair dryer! Noise of adjacent plumbing. Room 153 No USB ports

Lovely selection of cooked breakfast and fruits and pastries!

Our coffee machine didn't work. A staff member repaired it and it worked once but not again. We just drank tea instead

Rooms and pool great. Fresh milk available is a good idea.

Paying extra for pool on arrival, would have preferred to make that decision when booking.
