"Relaxing spa day"

Half day at the spa with a very enjoyable meal served by Sam who was very helpful and friendly. Also had a massage which was very good done by the calm and courteous Mariana.

"Amazing Spa and Treatment!"

This time I didn’t stay at the hotel and only booked for a treatment in the spa! I had the Temple Spa The Ultimate Glow and my therapist was Grace, the treatment was amazing an hour and 20mins of pure relaxation and indulgence! Grace is a lovely therapist just the right amount of chat and quiet and I will make sure I specifically ask for her again when I return very soon!

"Awful"

Cleanliness of a premium suite was disgusting. Hair in the bed and shower Stained bedding Room temperature freezing as the heating was not working properly. Some staff had no clue Left waiting for 2 hours while supposedly they cleaned our room ' but still the same sheet on the bed

"Generally disappointed."

It was a convenient location.

Room was at far end of hotel, next to the water/milk station. Bathroom litter bin still contained previous occupants rubbish! No toilet rolls…had to ask for replenishment. Room curtains badly fitted and inadequate, woke at first light! Inexperienced bar staff. Extortionate bar prices.

"Would highly recommend"

We chose this hotel for a spa day. Very impressed with the spa, the treatment and the lovely lunch. Would highly recommend. However what I really want to praise is the brilliant staff (especially Amber and one of your Housekeepers, I have a description but no name unfortunately). Unfortunately during our experience my mum has a fall outside the hotel and the staff were great in particular these two members of staff who went over and above. Amber was absolutely brilliant and a real credit to your hot. A superstar!

Spa treatment, had a wonderful Ultimate Glow experience with Grace, she was superb, explained everything she was going to do , ask if I was ok , so relaxing I did not want it to end , will definitely be back , thank you Grace

"needs much improvement in the Restaurtant food options bedroom bathrooms"

spa and swimming pool good bedroom mediocre all have baths unless you pay premium so no shower access if you have mobility challenges restaurant without being penalised with premium charges and food in the restaurant really really poor , premium prices tiny portions, they say it fresh but it was all what i had was premade and not thoughtful for balanced nutrition . very good staff good carpark good shopping nearby with nandos wagamama and prezzo nearby
