The spa was lovely. The breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. White Company bathroom products were very nice.

We stayed 3 nights. I requested our room be serviced-we needed tea/coffee refilling and bin emptying- I asked 3 times on 1 day via QR code, telephone message to reception and then spoke face to face with reception staff, but still our room was not serviced. There was a bad crack in the bathroom basin! The hotel lobby and bar area was cold. The staff behind the bar were not qualified. We asked for a cocktail but told she didn’t know how to make them, we asked for Irish Coffee’s which we were informed the staff member had only ever made at a previous job and although she had a go it took forever.
