Wonderful hotel that manages to create a family feeling whilst accommodating so many guests. The food is absolutely fantastic. Anastasia gave the best pedicure I have ever had from a newly renovated and clean studio. She is absolutely fantastic! Zeta also gave a great massage, although the facilities were absolutely in need of repair. All staff are polite, helpful and warm.

Amazing massage again from Irini

We recently stayed at Agapi Beach and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The first thing that impressed us was the beautiful and well-maintained grounds. The hotel has a large property with plenty of greenery, flowers, and relaxing areas, all kept in excellent condition. The rooms have been renovated and felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The minibar was empty on arrival, which wasn’t an issue for us. For groups of four, I would definitely recommend the bungalows. They are split over two levels and share a common staircase, offering more space than a standard room. The Exclusive Bungalows are especially worth considering. The hotel offers five restaurants, which provides a nice variety during the stay. A great advantage is that two à la carte restaurants are included in the All Inclusive package with unlimited visits, subject to reservation. Another nice touch is that guests are offered one complimentary visit to a local tavern during their stay as part of the AI program. The heated swimming pool is a big plus during the cooler months, and the hotel’s location close to the airport makes transfers quick and convenient. Most services are included in the price, with extra charges applying only for the spa and water sports activities. The only downside for us was the food selection in the main restaurant. While the quality was good, the variety felt somewhat limited compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, Agapi Beach is a beautiful, recently renovated hotel with lovely surroundings, good facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would happily recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable beachfront holiday in Crete.

The crew was exceptionally helpful and gentle. Always greeting the guests whenever they were. Food was excellent and with a great service and variety. The rooms were clean and all the facilities were clean and organized.
