The staff is great and very helpful. The beach is nice though we did not get to enjoy it much. The room we had was well maintained and clean. There are also cats all around the hotel. The meals provided are very nice and the restaurants they have had great food.

Shower water pressure was a bit low, the towels were not very high quality (the beach towels they provide were though), and they had a lot of events with loud music that would go until 11pm, so going to bed early is not an option. They had gluten free options and could accommodate, but it could have been better for the buffets.

Location is great, personnel is super available and friendly. Hotel services are nice and sufficient at this period of the year (might be very crowded during high season…). Very good overall experience!

We booked a bungalow on ground floor with queen size bed and received a bungalow on first floor with twin bed… Beds are not very comfortable in general.

The staff is amazing, also animation team. Food is very good.

Heated pool was broken and it was ice cold, only last day of our day it was repaired. The Italian restaurant was on renovation, so we couldn't use it. All in all, the hotel was just opened for a season and you could see, they are still renovating/ fixing a lot of things on the territory.
