Location was very good, right next to hop on hop off bus if you want to explore Heraklion. Beach was great, food was also fine

The room we booked did NOT meet our expectations and was not worth the money we paid. Be careful when booking and do not book the double room annex. We had problems when wanting to upgrade room. Gym is VERY VERY dirty.

Staff amazing!!! The food and the quality of the drinks , The Bungalows, the Grounds and Beach

The Bedroom Cleaning ! The main pool needs heating such a shame it was like an ice bath ! The one pool that is heated is tiny and to busy with small children, Some food is cold especially our Italian meal flat cold so ruined our meal.
