Resort was awesome! Pools and beach were great! Buffets were good. Staff was friendly

We thought we were getting a walk in shower per room description. What we got was a very tall tub with shower. My husband is 72 yrs old with 2 knee replacements. Getting in and out of shower was not easy. Also… bed was 2 twins pushed together. Not a fan. Only outlet in bathroom was attached to hairdryer and didn’t work so unable to use curling iron in bathroom.

The food is fresh, varied and it's easy to eat healthily (greek yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkins seeds, peanut butter and honey for breakfast). There is access to food all the time, with the fixed food timings but also cafe that runs great falafel, kebab, salads for a quick take away option if you just fancy eating by the pool. The staff are wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the point of check in to departure. We had a late check out and were given a beautiful room to shower and get changed in. Such a wonderful touch. Everything at this hotel feels so relaxed, there is no militant towel checks, in May there was no need to reserve sunbeds, they were always available. With the late check out we were allowed to use the beach towels and all the facilities as normal. Just wonderful. Fantastic place to bring a family of all ages. We enjoyed the free daily canoe boats and body boards.
