Agapi Beach Resort Premium All Inclusive

Enjoyable stay, our first experience of all inclusive and it was a relaxing break. Generally quality of food was good especially salads and Greek local foods. Service was fine although some restaurant staff seemed to be providing much more caring service to some customers than we received. Reception staff were consistently excellent. Slightly disappointed with lack of availability to book other restaurant options which was almost fully booked when we arrived and also slightly limited activity programme but appreciate it is October.

Unfortunately this was not what was expected. I have been coming to Ammoudara for many years. This is the first time I’ve stayed in Agapi Beach Resort. I will not spend the money there again. Although the grounds are lovely the rest of the experience was not so. First off. We stayed in the Newly remodeled portion of the resort. It is pretty but the walls are extraordinarily thin. There was not a single morning I was able to sleep well as I could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway. Very uncomfortable. Secondly. The food was not good at all. To be fair we only ate at the buffet and the taka taka restaurant. But we were so disappointed we enjoyed all of our other meals out of the resort. (There are great options just up the block). Traditional Crete food. I also had a spa experience which I was not impressed with. I had a massage and it seems the masseuse did not study for this. I get massages often and he did not understand pressure points nor muscles. Oils were not heated. Nothing was heated. It was actually chilly in there. The facial I had also was not worth anything. They washed my face and put a mask on and took it off. Do it yourself at home . Finally the mask that was put on my face smelled like wet dog bathed in mint. It was disgusting. I was very sadly disappointed in my experience over all. Again. Save your money with the resort. Stay at another place and eat on the strip. You will enjoy it more, meet friendly locals, and have a much better value for your money.

Персонал невероятно приятный, русскоязычные девочки помогли с номером. Все было супер. Вечерние программы шикарные, большой выбор коктейлей и очень вкусная еда. Пляж подуставший, но очень уютный. Про отель тоже скажу, что не новый и потрепаная территория, но в целом послевкусие осталось приятное. Хотим вернуться и погостить снова 🥰

Если обновить территорию и номера, было бы просто суппер👍

The grounds were well maintained, the all inclusive food was very good and plentiful, our room had a great view of the ocean

Very amazing hotel with great views and amazing rooms! Good food and amusing singers and dancera in the night time. Personel was very friendly and the hotel was very clean all the time.

TUTTO - era la mia quinta vacanza ad AGAPI BEACH quindi se torno è perché ritengo tutto molto positivo. I miglioramenti sulle camere ed il bar piscina molto positivi. Dovete però mettere personale che parli ITALIANO.

This is our second time visiting Agapi Beach (we first went in 2022 as a couple and returned with our daughter this time). It continues to exceed expectations. The sea front bungalow was immaculately clean and well decorated (only downside is the slightly harder bed but this is more personal preference). All areas are well maintained and every staff member we encountered was pleasant and polite and seemed to enjoy working there, which is nice. Special thanks for Despina and Daria for giving my daughter lots of stickers during her stay; they made her fee genuinely welcome and Daria ensured we could have a late checkout, which helped us a lot. The food was great and fresh fruit/vegetables were great for my daughter; she also loved the mini disco which helped to tire her out at night. The area around the hotel is good in terms of late minute shopping and tourist bits, and the hotel helped to arrange a taxi but the bus stop is also outside to get into Heraklion. It's also great that you see the managers/owner walking around, greeting customers and checking parts of the hotel. Can't wait to return again!

Just spent a week in Agapi Beach Hotel. Everything was amazing. The rooms were really clean and had maid service every day. There were so many places to eat, and such a wide selection of different foods to choose from, from fish, street food, snacks, cakes, and the best Greek/Cretan food from the main restaurant. We booked to eat at the seaside taverna during our stay, which was a nice change from the main buffet style restaurant. The bar staff were amazing and every single staff member was polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was excellent, and we would definitely come back again.
