"Frustrating and disappointing especially since it’s a Bonvoy Marriott"

I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. When we arrived, we were not given the room I originally booked and had to change rooms twice before getting settled. There were four people staying in the room, but the bathroom only had three towels. When I called the front desk to request an extra towel, I was told to go look and see if housekeeping were out on the floor so I could ask them myself, which I felt was unprofessional. On Saturday, I also called to request that our room be cleaned, but I was told our room wasn’t scheduled for cleaning until Sunday—even though we had checked on Thursday.

Everything I would never stay here again and you shouldn’t either

Room very clean, comfortable, convenient to restaurants. Great staff.

No free coffee in the mornings, they did have a Starbucks but expensive. No continental breakfast. No free snacks. Carpet worn out by elevators.
