Stayed one night. Small town but quaint. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. No issues and room was newly renovated which made the stay nicer.

Our room smelled like pet urine

I booked two rooms One room had terrible musty smell and tv did not work. second room was disgusting. Someone else’s hair in the bed, desk chair and shower. Moved rooms and same issue. Finally after 2hrs found a room clean enough to sleep in.

USWhen we arrived Lynn greeted us and was very pleasant. Told us the room we was in and everything. We went into the room and it had a weird smell to which we told Tia when we checked out. She apologized for that and said that floor had just been remodeled. Then trying to go to sleep and the dog next door barked until 11 pm. Then again about 3 and 6 am. We was told that we was upgraded but we had connecting room with someone else. The staff that waited on us was very nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Tia and Lynn.
When we went to check in Lynn helped us with welcoming us when we arrived l, she was very nice. Told us we were upgraded but it was a connecting room to another rrom which i really didnt like but then in the morning we was woke up by a dog about 3 and 6 am. Left the one lady know and she apologized for that. Also our room stunk wjen we walked in and left Tia know when we left abd she apologized for that. I do want to thank the staff who helped us they were very helpful.
