Newly remodeled rooms. Clean with firm mattresses. Large TV. Good location. Could use more parking.
The lady who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom mirror very dirty but a minor complaint. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants(in between Walmart and Chilis).
1st of all i had booked a king suite when i got there to checkin they said they didn't have that room available they "upgraded" me to a double queen suite with a jacuzzi tub which was disgusting. The room smelled nasty and there where little bugs in the bathroom. I asked for a late check out they couldn't accommodate nor asked what time i needed. And they couldn't give me a print out of me checking out.

First timer at the holiday inn in arcadia ,& def have been recommending to family&friends. I loved the daily breakfast. House keeping didnt dissappoint providing towels when needed. I liked the place.
The air conditioner made loud noises and the shower came on by itself. I think the pressure got too high. All else was fine.
