USFrom the time of arrival to departure, the staff was amazing. The warm welcome upon arrival with conversation and sharing restaurant favorites in Arcadia was greatly appreciated since this was a first time visit. The room was clean and well appointed and the bed was softer than I like, but that's personal preference and has nothing to do with the quality of the bedding; it was a newer mattress. The breakfast fare is standard HIE which is appreciated and expected. Upon departure, we received kindness and well wishes from the staff. Definitely will stay at this property again when I visit Arcadia.
The staff are courteous and kind. Breakfast was delicious and offered both hot and cold choices each day. My only concern was the hardness of our mattress otherwise, our stay was comfortable.
USThis middle of nowhere town your not going to find a better hotel with a friendlier staff! I called ahead requesting a king size room for a birthday trip staying on a Rewards night and front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade with a sweet card in the room ! So thoughtful and will definitely stay again on our next Peace River trip !

Our overall experience with this hotel is great. There were a couple of issues in the room with cleaning but nothing major. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast was great every morning. The attendant did a great job with maintaining a supply of hot and cold foods, and was friendly and helpful.
It was a decent stay. The hotel could use an update to stay competitive. No usb port for charging in rooms. Thankfully I had my charger. The check-in was good and the guys at the desk were friendly. It wasn’t a bad stay. Sheets were clean and it served its purpose.
Staff friendly and clean
The room was dirty, the carpet had a moth smell, the bathroom sink was clogged, overall for the price of 250 a night, was not worth it at all. Will not stay there again
The location was great for us some problem with tv fix quickly.
