I had a great time here. My only complaint was that i was unable to fully seal the bath tub drain. The staff was excellent and very kind and helpful.
This hotel was very outdated and dirty. Had a mildew smell. We had to relocate to another hotel and were not refunded for one of the nights we did not even stay at the hote.

Lots of potential but the staff doesn’t seem to care. Breakfast is marginal at best and the breakfast attendant doesn’t seem to be on top of maintaining the area during breakfast hours. They only clean your room if you ask for it and only specifically what you ask for. For example, if you forget to ask them for new towels, you won’t get them, which seems weird to me. Good location. Walmart/chilis/ups store less than 100 yards away. Lots of potential

I did not like the fact that the room smelled of smoke ! it was very strong and we are non smokers! I think the app should ask if it will be a smoking or non-smoking room.
Business stay A good find on my travel route during an extensive early week run.
My check in experience was fast, the desk clerk was very professional, courteous & informative. The second evening clerk was just as professional, courteous & informative. So far my stays with the Holiday Inn Express has been great, rooms very clean & staff has always been professional!! 🙌
I found some hair in the bathtub. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning.
