Staff was great, breakfast was really good, love the pancake machine, a very pleasant stay in Arcadia, the other hotels in Arcadia should be knocked down.

The air conditioning in Rm118 sounded like a diesel engine running all night terrible , someone vacuuming early am 👎
Had a problem with bathroom cleanliness but was remedied by a very nice young lady. Room doesn't have a safe and needs updated. Tub was slippy and there were no grab bars which isn't safe for elderly or balance challenged people. Pool is small. Nothing to do in that immediate area.
Clean and confirtable
Room seamed nice. After dark the roaches made it not so much. Weird stains on the duvet. (Also pics.) Door cards did't work. Guess it was common according to desk and service tech. Less than impressed
