Our room is beautiful and check in was so easy

Upon arrival, checked linen had not been changed, several pieces of hair on bed, had to ask front desk to bring clean linen. Other than that, bed comfort was great. I would suggest that housekeeping change linen, even if it doesn’t look like someone slept in the bed.

This is a good hotel to stay at when in Arcadia. It has lots of parking and there are restaurants close by. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool is pretty good and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was pretty busy so the breakfast was a little sparse as they ran out of some items by the time we got there.

This hotel is very outdated and amenities are poor. I paid $227 per night for 2 nights and was not worth that. When I checked into the hotel, there were no handicap we got into the room spaces available and the cars parked there had no permits. I asked the hotel if that was a policy to have hangtags and they assured me it was. Then she told me there was a long term guest that the manager let park there for her convenience. That car was not permitted. There were two other spaces with cars parked without permits. I asked how the hotel who enforces this policy and the clerk said "i don't know. We don't". When my wife and I checked in (She has to use a cane to walk), there was one plastic cup for the two of us to use. It had a coffee maker, but two pods to use. One was regular coffee and the other was decaf. The towels we used were tattered and torn on the edges. The breakfast the next morning had no milk, no yogurt, and no cereal. This hotel looked like it was just trying to scape by, by cutting any expense possible. Definitely not what I expect when I stay in an IHG hotel and for the quality of the stay, not at that price. I think IHG needs to really set better policy for the handicap parking, and not provide it as a reward for long term stays. WHO does enforce these rules??

The front desk clerks are always friendly and helpful

The hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful ( my husband really enjoyed not so much for me because of food allergies) the staff could not have been nicer, from the front desk at checkin and the housekeeping staff. The value for the area was great as well. Highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was the WiFi, but that was not terrible. Thank you for a great stay

This is a run down hotel that is trying to keep up appearances. The front desk team was lovely and accommodating however they are putting on a face for how unkempt everything else is. The furniture is shabby, the house keeping is unsupervised with no quality supervision. We found our dusty room with a dirty toilet and an old towel hanging behind the door. Cobwebs on the ceiling. On day two the worn out towels were exchanged for more worn out towels and the full trash cans were not emptied so I did that myself.

We had been traveling since 4:00am and were to attend my nieces wedding at 4:00. We asked if there were any rooms available for early check in so we could get a quick nap in before getting ready. The manager accommodated us and allowed us to check in at 1:45. We were very grateful and were well rested for the wedding
