Lovely hotel very clean, rooms comfortable with everything you need. Very quiet area. Small spar about 14 minute walk. Staff helpful at reception and in the main buffet restaurant. The down side as gluten intolerant was lunch. Went half board so was hoping to eat at the pool snack bar the member of staff sergio said i had to book 24 hrs in advance for gf food. I ordered nachos which was not good with a blob of cold cheese on the top i asked sergio could they put it under a grill to melt cheese he said no not great customer service and would suggest he gets some training on his customer service skills To order lunch 24hrs in advance is not great, i would suggest some frozen pizzas, offer toasted sandwich as you could use bread from the freezer. Such a different experience than the main restaurant. Such a shame as this was the only thing that let the hotel down

"Ein wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt"

Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert, als wir die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse über die Anlage und den Strand das erste mal gesehen haben. Die Terrasse befindet sich auf der selben Ebene wie die Bar und die Rezeption. Das Restaurant ist auf der Ebene darunter. Also kann man den Anblick auch bei den Mahlzeiten genießen. Das Buffet, sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen, war stets hervorragend! Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist herrlich! Bei Ebbe kann man kilometerweit am Meer entlang wandern. Der Pool ist inzwischen beheizt und perfekt zum schwimmen. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig in der Anlage.

"Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel"

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind zwar ein bisschen älter aber gut gepflegt und sauber. Es hat viele sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende im Hotel welche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

Wir waren sehr verwundert, dass es am Morgen früh zum Frühstück Kaffee im A la Card Restaurant gab aber am Abend gab es keinen Kaffee mehr. Ist kein Weltuntergang, aber komisch. Es gibt auch ein paar Katzen auf der Anlage welche „dazugehören“, dies einfach als Info für Gäste mit Allergien.

Lovely much needed break We have just got home from 12 days at this lovely hotel - This was our 2nd visit and we were impressed with the quality of the food , room and amenities- the staff in every department are first class We most certainly will return
