Absolutely an amazing place. Location by the most beautiful beach. Perfect room, fantastically comfortable, immaculately clean modern and bright. Lovely atmosphere, bars and restaurant perfect. Food varied, good quality and hot. All staff hard working and friendly. Great evenings in the blue bar with great live music pitched just right! Pool area very impressive plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Great little coffee shop which was a great addition. Hope to return very soon soon!

I normally go to Jamaica in March with my beloved wife of 53 years but since she died in 2025 I had to think about a solo holiday. We normally go to El Cotllio self catering in October so I am familiar with Fuerteventura. H10 Esmeralda was not nearly as good as Jamaica but at half the price it was good value and since the hotel in Jamaica is for couples only I couldn't go there. Clean rooms, great staff and food pretty good. Only slight problem was a very bad drain smell in the bathroom one day. I mentioned it to the maid and it seemed sorted when I got back in the evening. I have already booked the H10 Tindaya for October. Tip: Papa Niu Surfbar is very good. Great staff and frienly clients. Sans Souci, Ocho Rios is expensive but worth it.

Die Liegestühle am Pool wurden bereits vor 09.00 h von den Gästen schon reserviert, obwohl dies lt. Hinweisen nicht zulässig war. Es hat niemanden interessiert. Offensichtlich gab es zu wenig Liegestühle.

Die Poollandschaft war schön. Das Buffet beim Abendessen war sehr lecker. Vor allem die speziellen Teller bei der Vorspeise waren immer lecker, natürlich die 2 verschiedenen Carpaccio's.

Die Qualität der Speisen im Poolrestaurant waren lieblos angerichtet und schlechter Qualität. Die Freundlichkeit des Restaurant- und Barpersonals liessen zu Wünschen übrig. Die Kosten für den Safe fanden wir unangebracht.

We have just returned from our second stay at this excellent hotel. The staff were all so attentive and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities that we needed and, even though we'd booked a Privilege Room giving access to a bespoke restaurant, we used the main buffet restaurant on several occasions as it's so good. The addition of the Italian Strombolli restaurant, avaiable to all guests, is an excellent improvement to our last stay and adds further variety. Although the hotel has good pool facilities, we prefer the beach and there is a superb sandy beach with loungers available to rent just a stone's throw from the hotel. A short walk further on takes you to the more secluded Playa Esmeralda beach or, alternatively, you can walk a little further to reach the lagoon at Sotavento a haven for wind and kite surfers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely location for a couples calm, relaxed atmosphere. What we really liked were the drinks and the upstairs blue bar looking out over the ocean. The array of all inclusive drinks were fabulous. Food was a 7/10 and a bit disappointed in the pool bar but again nice staff and good drinks. Our only complaint was the bed… slightly camp bed type although two big doubles put together doesn’t bode well for a romantic night when you’re falling through or can barely reach each other! Ha ha! Overall a beautiful resort and we have had such a lovely adult break from our busy lives. Calm and classy is what we feel this hotel does well and we may be back another time.

We have just got back from 5 nights at this amazing hotel! We came to celebrate my husbands 66th birthday and officially becoming an OAP!! On his birthday he was given a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine which made his day. The hotel is stunning. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. The room we were in had a seaview and was beautiful! There is a lagoon with turtles and a waterfall at the centre of the hotel which was lovely to see. Two things let the hotel down. The sunbed wars every morning, by 8.30 every bed was reserved! And the food. We expected so much more than the dreadful selection of food each evening. The so called cooking station was the only place to get whatever meat or fish was on offer and it was seriously poor quality! They handed it out one small tough lamb chop at a time. Weirdly we had chinese stirfry most nights but paella only twice which barely contained anything other than rice. Everything was overcooked especially the fish and chicken. That said the salads and sweets were really nice. The breakfasts on the other hand were brilliant and so much better than the evening meal. In summary we loved the hotel but if you want authentic Spanish food be prepared to be disappointed!

During our stay I spoke to the privilege x3 times not once did they carry out the request. Room towels only one towel so had to dry on damp towel, requested twice never turned up. My wife has an egg allergy when I spoke to the hotel always said they would assist, never. Not only did the give my wife a meal with eggs (realised there mistake and retrieved it after she eat half) interesting night. In the buffet no signs stating V or VE which would assist, they just said talk to the chef, impossible every night, never to be found a just too busy. Lastly at privilege breakfast the oat milk was off (like yogurt) we told (and showed) the waitress but they just left it there for everyone to use. The hotel was clean but if you require help or assistance forget it , when you tell them they say the right things but just don’t care nor take ownership to insure the paying guest is happy.

Return visit and enjoyable stay at H10 Playa Esmeralda. Nice Room with a Sunny outlook. Ideal base for us as we enjoy the Beaches here. Comfy Beds and nice food , we stayed with half board for 10 days and would return . Not the greatest of weather but we used the Sauna which we had not done on our previous stay . 3 visits to Sauna which is Clothing optional. We found the staff Courteous and polite although we did request a Room change on arrival due to a Drainage issue which Reception duly obliged. My Wife thought the Receptionist was a little rude on this change but not unhelpful , I will give her the Benefit of the doubt ! We all have bad days . All in all in did not put us off wishing to return. Meet some really nice fellow Holiday makers at the Hotel
