Me gusto todo , me toco abajo cerca de la puerta que daba para la playa y increíble

No me gusto la cena, creo que para el hotel que era la cena era pésima muy poca variedad y el horario hasta las 9 y media cuando los canarios cenan a las 9 y media

La ubicación muy cercana a la playa. La habitación estaba bastante bien y la comida en general bastante buena. Un plus que tenían muchas opciones vegetarianas.

Imposible conseguir hueco en la piscina. Dos días sin éxito a pesar de que el hotel indica que no se puede reservar pero la realidad es que desde horas tempranas las hamacas están reservadas. Nos tuvimos que ir a la playa.

Firstly I must say the esmaralda is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in there was always staff Cleaning. The room was Great ,the view not so much it looked on to derelict land but could see the sea if you looked to the right, the room was cleaned daily the maid done a great job. The pool was lovely again always kept clean. The down side you have to pay for pool towels to be changed 2 euros, you do get one free change. Also you only get one bottle of water on arrival which is a glass bottle so cant refill at the water stations, we did buy a plastic bottle to refill but the maid threw it away . Wadi the entertainment host was great he kept us entertained with French bowls and darts. We feel the entertainment in the evenings finished to early , it finished at 10.30 and was just getting going. The beach was not far just down some steps and was beautiful . All in all a good relaxing week. Karen
