AI 6 night hol with family. Lovely room. Fab food lots of choice. Pool area lovely, clean comfy rooms. Manuel was brilliant at the bar he made our hol! Andy was also great who served us in restaurant. Not much at resort but bus to jandia area reasonable. Nice shop on site and coffee bar. Loved the turtles by the waterfall in hotel. Beach was nice but be prepared for nudies. Would return.

After doing lots of research we chose this hotel as it is away from any hustle & bustle as this holiday was definitely all about resting, relaxing & recharging our batteries. The hotel & the location did not disappoint. The hotel grounds are spacious, clean & tidy. There is plenty of room around the pools & the restaurants offer a range of different foods. The staff are friendly, attentive & hard working. We were half board & were disappointed that we were charged fees for the safe, bottled water & and the pool towel exchanges. The beautiful beach is close by & provides great opportunities for a dip in the sea or a lovely walk. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Our second visit to this hotel, 4 years after our first visit, and this felt even better. As residents of Fuerteventura, we're not coming for the sunshine - so the hotel really has to shine, and the H10 did. It was the small detail that made the difference above other hotels, such as a drink offered on arrival at check in. This is a lovely, peaceful hotel, great for relaxing. Our room was ready at 3pm, and was modern and clean. Previously we stayed in the main building - this time we were in the blocks nearer the beach. The rooms here are super quiet, but it is a longer walk back to the main building for breakfast/dinner. Food is of a really good standard, and regularly replenished. Always lots of tasty options to choose from, and we enjoyed the themed nights. All of the staff were very friendly - at every level, always greeting us with a friendly smile. There is always a chef around in the restaurant who can assist with information about the food and ingredients/allergies. The entertainment is spot on for the hotel - there's no "theatre", but instead usually a music option in the main bar and another music or entertainment option in the pool bar. This is much better than some badly put on "theatre show", and fits the relaxed vibes of the hotel. The scannable wristbands make it really easy to add extras to the room, and are far better for accessing the room (no need to remember a key). The Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel and was free. Just a few minor criticisms. Firstly, we were Half Board, and were surprised that there was no drink option included with the evening meal - not even water. This should be reconsidered. Second, the safe in the room is not included and is an extra fee. These days this should be included as standard. And a few things were out of order - including the 2nd lift in the main building, which often led to a lengthy wait for the lift. The steam room was also out of action, and looked like it had been for a while, which was a shame as we were hoping to make use of this. Finally, it would be a real bonus for the rooms that have space on the balcony/terrace to have sunloungers outside - we had a terrace but only chairs and a table. Some of the other rooms we noticed did have sunloungers. Only minor criticisms - we'll certainly be back, and we recommend this hotel.

Goteo del aire acondicionado de madrugada que me impidió descansar. Al estar ubicado en la entrada de la habitación y justo a la altura del baño me resbalé y casi me caigo, ya que inicialmente no sabía de dónde venía el ruido. Por la mañana se dio el parte a la recepción y se arregló.

That this is our second visit this year speaks volumes. Far enough away from the bars and shops of Costa Calma for blissful quiet, yet close enough to make a quick trip for essentials very easy. The immediate access to a small beach which forms part of Playa Esmeralda is a huge attraction for us, the beach is clean, pretty quiet and the swimming is just gorgeous. If you lean towards prim and proper though be prepared to look skyward relatively often to avoid nature in all its glory. The grounds and pool areas are kept very clean and arranged so as to promote the Hotels’ most cherished attributes of peace and quiet. We made almost daily use of the gym, a good range of free weights and machines, and the sauna which are refreshingly unregulated. My girlfriend had a massage treatment for her head and neck, she thought the clinician knowledgeable and expert. We enjoyed the food, tons of fresh produce, fish and a variety of meat and vegetarian options. The occasional theme, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Mexican provided variation rather than authenticity. The staff were, without exception, delightful. The prevailing attitude amonst them all was of a genuine desire to please, with a smile thrown in. Special mention must go to Wadji and his entertainment team. From serene morning yoga on the beach (or in the pool on a supboard) through Spanish dancing lessons to a wide variety of evening acts, Wadji was ever smiling with a ready word of gentle encouragement. We will be back.

Beautiful location by the beach . Hotel dated and in need of maintenance. had no air-conditioning, making it impossible to use . Swimming Pool was clean, but areas needed attention, especially the sun beds and sides of pool Massage. It was amazing book early ! If you like to share your holiday with german nudists, you will love it here. The age of the clients where over 70 no atmosphere and unfortunately, we had some unwanted guests in our room (cockroahes). We where moved but had to insist it had to happen that night. No offer of a drink etc had to ask if maybe a bottle of wine would help calm our nerves . Food in the snack bar was disgusting. Sent it back and was told it wouldn't come off our bill as not possible ! Would come back to the area but not the hotel
