Struttura accogliente e pulita, personale gentile , solo un po’ troppo grande e dispersiva . Parcheggio gratuito in strada , un po fuori dal centro ma comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti .

An amazing hotel, in a peaceful location. We chose the Privilege package and it was well worth it. Our double room had an amazing sea view from the balcony. It was kept spotlessly clean by Jholy and the Housekeeping team. With two visits a day, including a turn down service and chocolates on the pillow. From the the moment we were greeted by Fran on Reception, we knew that we had made an excellent choice. Vanessa, Stefi, Ruth and Shirley assisted with making our A la Carte dinner reservations and even provided a kettle upon our request so that we could have a morning cup of tea. The meals in the El Jable Restaurant at Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious, with an extensive Hot and Cold Buffet selection in the morning and tempting choices in the evening. All of the staff are amazing and a credit to the H10 Hotel brand. Thank you Montse, Loli, Paula, Lorena, Ruth, and to the wonderful waiters Facundo, Nane, and Manuel. We looked forward to seeing you each evening and tasting all of the delicious food, including the Chef's recommendations for the day We had lunch mainly in the Maxorate Pool Bar, all of the dishes on offer were very tempting, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Thank you to Victoria who looked after our drinks orders in the Jandia Restaurant at lunchtime. The Privilege Lounge provides may snacks both savoury and sweet during the day, together with a wide selection of drinks. And Mike's Cafe was very tempting as well. There was a wide selection of Premium Brand drinks available in the Blue Bar and the Maxorata Bar. Thank you Flavia, Tania and Estefania for looking after us so well together with all of the male bar staff. I am so sorry if I have not mentioned you personally by name. The standard of the Evening entertainment was very good with a wide variety of choice. The beach is a few steps away, and there is easy access to several of the shopping centres including the HyperDino and Spar Supermarkets. We found numerous walking routes to take around the resort including along the beach to watch the Squirrels and the leafy tree lined path where the market is held on Wednesday and Fridays. We had an amazing holiday and we thank you all so much for making it so special for us. We look forward to returning again for many more visits in the future.

La organización del hotel, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas, la ducha excelente, la limpieza, y en general toda la atención del personal, el buffet muy surtido el desayuno muy bueno.

La tranquilidad del hotel, la limpieza de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama.

Esperaba un buffet diferente, la cena no me gustó mucho ya que veía más comida de verduras y demás, y muy poca carne. Aunque el desayuno estaba muy bien.

Las vistas de nuestra habitación. Teníamos justo enfrente el depósito de gas del hotel a pocos metros. Unos 5 metros ( El hotel tenía poca ocupación así que habría seguramente otras habitaciones con mejores vistas)

La ubicación, la habitación es enorme, el buffet tanto desayuno como cena muy variado, el agua de la piscina climatizada, las tumbonas tienen un realzo tambien para poner las piernas levantadas.
