What a wonderful hotel. Everything is spotless, beautifully organised, and run with real precision. We stayed half board, which suited us perfectly. We didn’t feel the need to go all inclusive or upgrade to Privilege. I’d say I’m a lady that insists on good quality and I was very happy with everything. The rooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds, a choice of ceiling fan or air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a coffee machine. The shower room ticks every box, with a good selection of quality bathroom products, fluffy towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The swimming pools are immaculate, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. At the main pool there’s a water station and ice, which was perfect for filling our reusable bottles. Each pool area also has its own bar serving good quality drinks — nothing feels cheap or poor quality at this hotel. If you choose all inclusive, you can use a selection of restaurants, but for us the main restaurant was spectacular. There was a beautiful selection of starters, salads, meats, and gorgeous desserts, including freshly cooked crêpes with lots of naughty toppings to choose from. You could really see that people appreciated the quality of the food, as very little seemed to go to waste. The staff were amazing. If you needed help with anything, there was always someone available straight away who was friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Un peu déçu par le choix du buffet

Location, breakfast, cycle facilities (once we found a member of staff who knew about them).

It’s deliberately designed like a labyrinth and the route to find reception genuinely flummoxed us more than once. Reception took ages and the first member of staff only offered us the bag storage room for bikes. Luckily there is a dedicated room, we just had to find Saulo to help us work that out.

Ik heb geen klachten

Mooi zwembad. Goede ligzetels. Cofortabele kamers.

Het eten. Vis en vlees van de hoofdgerechtennog bijna rauw. Personeel niet heel vriendelijk. Een uur moeten wachten in de lobby om in te checken. Voor 5 sterren hygiëne niet top.
