We had a most enjoyable stay. We were welcomed with a glass of cava and after checking in, our luggage was taken to our room. We had a superior room with a balcony which overlooked the sea. The room was spacious and in very good decorative condition. The quality of the breakfasts and evening meals was very good. The swimming pools were warm and there were no problems getting a sun bed. The staff were excellent, very friendly. One area for improvement would be having mattresses on the sun beds to make them more comfortable for the older clientele. An absolutely wonderful hotel made even better by fantastic staff. From cleaners, reception bars absolutely wonderful. Upgraded to privilege which was wonderful great drinks and the choice of restaurants, Sakura was fun the Italian was fine La Brasserie great and Guidi with the fantastic Marta and all the staff superb. Wines lovely entertainment team great some very good nights our last was the Be4tles brilliant night and not forgetting the Pilates, yoga and stretching. Management have pulled together a fantastic team and it was our pleasure to meet many of them hopefully see them next year. David & Helen room 657

I liked that the pool area was so beautiful and luxurious, with no ugly sun loungers—only high-quality ones. The breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious.

The only suggestion I have is to please put the duvets inside duvet covers, as it’s very difficult to sleep with just a sheet wrapped around them.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely view over the sea. Lovely spa even though occasionally the jacuzzi was way too hot or too cold xx food good but not outstanding, especially if you are vegetarian then the selection for main courses was extremely limited. Our room was perfect with a fantastic sea view and spotlessly clean. The bar staff were amazing and supplied us with drinks to have on our balcony before dinner but it would have been even better if the mini bar had a few mini bottles of cava xx overall a lovely holiday.

Das kulinarische Angebot war sehr vielfälltig und sehr ausgewogen. Es vor allem auch viel lokale Spezialitäten zum Dinner, welches sehr lecker war. Das Frühstück war auch sehr abwechslungsreich.

Schade dass beim Abendessen kein Kaffee im Speisesaal serviert werden konnte. Es gab jedoch die Möglichkeit dies bei der Bar - gegen Bezahlung - zu beziehen.
