H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection

This is by far the best hotel we have been to, in saying that we have been five times and going back in June for 10 nights

Been coming here since 2004, mostly twice a year. Excellent food, staff, cleanliness and beautiful rooms. We went to try the new Italian restaurant there and were disappointed. Staff unorganised, menu choice meagre and food poor and unappealing. Staff assumed the €10 we gave them was a tip when in fact it was to pay for the €3 bottle of water. We did get it back and gave them what we thought was a generous tip for such a poor experience. We wont go back there but will definitely go back to the hotel for sure

The Hotel was amazing, staff were brilliant and all worked so hard to ensure we had the best holiday. The location was peaceful and quiet but we had the best of both as you could pick and choose where in the hotel you wanted to eat, drink , swim . the hotel was clean and tidy. the only thing i would suggest is the reserving of towels in the privilege area as people placed their towels and went out for hours.it does say this is forbidden but noone to faciliate this till the afternoon.

Lovely hotel. Kept spotless. Staff very helpful. We were on Privilege and were disappointed on a couple of points. A 7 day stay only allowed you to book at one à la carte restaurant. Found this most disappointing. Have stayed at H10 hotels before and have never been restricted to one restaurant. The food was nice but nothing startling. The buffet restaurant food was quite boring at times. I realise that everything has to be done on a budget, but there were times where I was struggling to find something interesting to eat. The Privilege lounge was a bit soulless and with it being open plan (no ceiling), you could hear everything that was going on above and around you. Not exactly peaceful. We liked to use the Privilege area beside Naturalia restaurant. The sunbeds there much more comfortable than at the Privilege area beside the infinity pool. The food at Naturalia was lovely but maybe offering a specialty each day would be nice. I have to make mention of a couple of people who were extremely helpful. Jorge who helped us find our way around on the first day when we got a bit lost trying to find the Privilege areas. Joel at the piano bar. Lovely person who always remembered that I took my coffee black, so made sure that I had a full cup.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Rooms were spotless,food was excellent,staff were amazing. Plenty of pools, plenty of sunbeds. Only gripe I have is that we upgraded to privilege and we could only drink the premium drinks in the privilege areas. We could have the premium drinks in the concert hall for some reason which we found a bit strange. Apart from that we would highly recommend this hotel

Kindness and professionalism of all the staff we dealt with. Large generous sized comfortable rooms. Excellent food choices. Great outdoor facilities.
