Bahia Principe Explore San Felipe

Me encantaron las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio. El personal del hotel es encantador, especialmente Delioma en el bar de la piscina.

Nada.

Me alojé en la 804 , todo muy limpio , un 10 a la camareras , bajé a desayunar y al subir a buscar las toallas ya tenía la habitación impecable , los camareros muy atentos y serviciales .

Al llegar no tuvimos aparcamiento , perdimos la cena porque nos dimos mil vueltas. Para aparcar .por las noche falta animación se termina muy temprano .a las 22:20 no había ni música y las terraza llena de clientes.

Hotel reception were good and helpful, room was tired but clean and tidy always, can hear every noise though in corridor or next door. Food was all very much the same a lot of the time and never very warm. We were half board but to be charged for tea / coffee at breakfast or water for dinner is very poor for a hotel if this size we were rudely spoken to by a server infront of other guests as we had lifted a jug of water and told we couldn't have this, you pay for water. Bars are excellent and pool area are beautiful. Been in better Bahia Hotels

We were given a sea view facing room with was lovely but didn’t get any sun so we asked if there was any chance of us moving to the other side of the hotel where the sun was and u get a view of the mountain. The hotal accommodated us and give us a really lovely room with a view of the sea and mountain which was an added bonus. The evening entertainment was great something different every night no repeating acts. We where all inclusive the drinks menu had quite a good selection to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for people to stay at.

We’ve just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of hotel. Located in the greener, more beautiful north of the island, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, town, and shops. Our room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the pool with Mount Teide in the background. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional — especially Jordan at reception. The entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities throughout the day and fun evening shows. Special mention to Eriani, who was absolutely fantastic at getting everyone involved. We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe San Felipe and would happily return. Highly recommended!
