Was under renovation ceiling falling in bathroom air conditioner mot work light switch shock water sto running Could not flush toilet They said out room not tried to move no room available Why did you book us their contractors sawing hammer above didn't stay night May 2third management said No refunds they didn't handle booking also no breakfast The manager said your agency was aware of the construction

Construction mess trip hazards cardboard boxes everywhere VERY unprofessional and not sure if OSHA would have approved

Beds were comfortable and the room looked nice.

What was advertised on site as far as the amenties is not what we got. When we got to the hotel we were told there was no cable for the TV. We had no place else to go so we purchased a Roku so we could watch TV. They over booked so they had to throw a room together real fast. There was no phone, shower curtain, blinds, blankets, coffee maker or clock. It also advertised breakfast and showed many items all there was cereal and donuts. The makeshift blinds would fall off in the middle of the night and the door did not latch. Woke up Sun am and the door was wide open. We paid 4star money for a not even 2 star room.

When I booked my room on booking.com, I booked a room for adults, and 2 queen size beds. The room ended up being only 1 bed, for 3 adults! When we tried talking to the motel manager on duty, they said that is the room booking.com reserved for us. The motel manager also , when asked if they had any rooms with 2 beds answered no. ( the motel we booked through booking.com was also under renovations no carpet in the hallway and drywall dust on hallway. I understand thats part of remodeling, however i have asthma and excessive dust triggers asthma attacks. ) So we had to go find another hotel to get enough beds for us to be able to all sleep .
