Sligo Southern Hotel & Leisure Centre

The hotel is like a stately old lady who is modern enough to be well-liked but old enough in her decor to be well-loved. The foyer and lounge are beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, very clean and most comfortable. The bathroom was clean and bright. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of anywhere you want to be in central Sligo Town.

We had not booked dinner and were told the dining room was by reservation only. When you're on holiday/ walking around sightseeing one often doesn't know if one is going to want to dine in or hit the town, nor what exact time one wants to eat dinner. As such, a drop in for hotel guests would be a nice option for the dining room. However, we were advised to go to the Bar and the food and service there were lovely

We were in the hotel but we did not use the room we went home ,,,the room has two single bed we need a double bed,,,,David is a big man,,,we're very disappointed,,the hotel didnot offer to change or give us what we need,,,the man in the reception was not accommodating

Location and have parking.

Bed is not comfortable and toilet cannot flush properly. Staff services are not well.
