We had an issue in the night with noise and staff sorted it very quickly.

Definitely don't get the best rooms through booking.com as when we were moved it was a much nicer room

Hotel was clean

Front desk staff were horrific. Not a bit polite, never made eye contact or said hello. We just got "name"! My partner was standing next to me and she wasn't even acknowledged. The room was over heated and no air con. I paid €388 for two nights (room only) This hotel is massively overpriced
