Crowne Pointe Historic Inn Adults Only

Crowne Point was a cute and cozy place to celebrate our anniversary. Comfortable rooms, complimentary cheese and wine, bikes, mineral tub, sauna, and all within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a chef on sight to make entrees to order. Highly recommend.

Location and Buildings are great, and a block away from the action in town.

The room had no functioning heating system. I called the front desk, and no one responded. I called Corporate, and one customer rep said he would take care of it and either send someone to fix the problem or change the room. No one came, so I tucked myself into the bed and spent a very cold night in Provincetown. No blankets in the room. What I liked even less was that the next morning, when I mentioned it to the front desk, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said he would take a look! Too late for me!

Crowne Pointe was an absolute delight. Friendly and helpful staff, just a quick walk to Commercial Street, and free parking in the public lot immediately across the street (an off-season bonus). Additionally, I truly appreciated the complementary, evening wine and cheese bar with the crackling fireplace.

We spent two nights at the Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa in late July, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the inn was absolutely stunning, and the staff immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. The entire property has a peaceful, charming atmosphere with so much beauty and character—it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. One of our favorite surprises was the complimentary afternoon spread of wine, cheese, crackers, olives, and vegetables. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. The inn itself is quiet and serene, creating the perfect setting to slow down and truly unwind. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortably cool, and incredibly cozy. Best of all, it was completely quiet—we didn’t hear a single noise during our stay, which allowed us to enjoy two wonderfully restful nights. We also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful couples during our stay and sharing meaningful conversations, which added to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the inn. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return in the near future. Highly recommended!

We were deceived by the hotel’s Assistant Manager, Chris Manna. Due to a medical emergency at the hospital, we had asked the hotel to postpone our booking by one day free of charge. We stated that otherwise we would let the booking lapse because we did not want to pay multiple times. The hotel confirmed the free rebooking to us via SMS ( and later also via e-mail). When we arrived on site, I saw that at check-in two nights had been charged as a pending transaction on my credit card. I addressed this with Chris Manna at the reception. He claimed it was an error by my bank. Over the course of the day, additional charges appeared on my credit card (a total of four nights). We repeatedly brought this to Chris Manna’s attention, and he insisted that he had nothing to do with it and that we should speak with Booking.com and our bank. When we checked out, Chris Manna issued us an invoice for two nights. We addressed this again, and he promised to correct the invoice. After checking out, we returned to the hotel twice more, several hours apart, to request a correct invoice, but it was never provided. Each time, Chris Manna told us he did not have time for it (even though the hotel was almost empty). After our departure, I continued to put pressure on the hotel via email and escalated the case to my bank and MasterCard. In the meantime, the hotel has refunded two of the four charged nights. We are still waiting for the refund of the remaining third booking and for the correct invoice (it has now been several weeks). The hotel, and specifically Chris Manna, has not responded to us since our departure. In total, one night was promised to us in writing and at least ten times verbally, but in the end two nights were charged. There is no question that this was intentional deception used to lure us there in order to charge us for an additional night.
