Crowne Pointe Historic Inn Adults Only

The spa tub was deep with a shower curtain and did not have grab bars. The hot prepared breakfast meal was MEH.

We truly think of Crowne Pointe as our Happy Place and because we go twice a year, we consider it our Home Away From Home. The location is ideal with literally no noise from Commercial Street and spectacular views of the Pilgrim Monument and the spires downtown. The buildings and grounds are absolutely wonderful and our room is always lovely and perfect. Beyond the wonderful physical layout of the property, the entire staff, starting with Josh the general manager, is terrific and always accommodating. Chris is an excellent get-it-done guy who, like Josh, is all over every aspect of the operation and has great knowledge of all things Provincetown. Joe, Richard and Connor on the front desk are all excellent and Joe's local knowledge is also excellent and useful. John in the kitchen is special as he is an outstanding breakfast cook and is also a gourmet chef in the evenings for dinner and always smiling and friendly. Vinnie and his engineering crew do a terrific job maintaining the property and also keep the inspiring landscaping in perfect condition. The entire housekeeping team does a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and they are also warm and friendly customer-facing. Because we go to Crowne Pointe twice a year we think of each and every member of the staff as our family. They are all excellent and outstanding. We simply cannot say enough good things about Crowne Pointe, our Happy Place and we are already looking forward to our next visits next year. Peter and Leslie

Thank goodness, we had only booked for one night, not more.

- No receptionist past 8pm when we checked in. - Got the wrong room number and key. - Ended up in an inferior room. - Snooty 'I can't be bothered' attitude is mistaken for superior customer service. - Sound insulation is non-existent: you hear the people upstairs, next door, outside, leaf blower in the morning, etc.- Hot water wasn't working properly. - Same with the airco + batteries in the remote were dead. - TV is a 30" computer screen with duct tape repair. - Breakfast is very basic at best. - Supposed pool is the size of a foot bath. - Parking is ridiculously small and always full.

Great staff. Great location. I really enjoyed the pool. It is small, but the heated water makes it so comfortable.

We were there for a wedding and had a great time. Joshua and the rest of the folks were the best! Can’t say enough about how we were treated and the accommodations.

Went for a wedding, Joshua Guerra, Connor and Chris were awesome, as well as the entire staff, in acommodating all of us. They went above & beyond, we were treated like family... coming back next year🩵🩵🩵🩵

Amazing beautiful hotel I love this place the employees are all wonderful and so nice!! I’ve stayed here twice this second time they hosted my grandparents wedding and it was so perfect! The food was sooo good! And I want to give a special shout out to a few staff members who I noticed being extra amazing! Connor at the front desk and the assistant manager Chris! But especially the general manager Josh, he was so helpful and accommodating during the whole thing! He was always there when we needed to discuss something about the event! Just a great guy!! I know we will be back and I can’t wait! Oh and the spa was amazing as well!!

Joshua and staff were wonderful. Perfect location, great food and Appreciate the little extra touches like iced coffee available in the lobby every afternoon. Also as a bonus the spa is wonderful!!

1 staff member, 50ish, grey hair was a little cranky. Other than that, everything was great
