Dirty little nasty credit card stealing Boston Dump! Leilani charged my credit card 115.00 after I left when they didn’t have a room ready. She also offered me a dirty microwave after I traveled four hours but offered a European family bottled water! Nasty manager Maria refused to give me my money back. She was blatantly rude and said nooooooooo! Stay here at your own risk don’t be surprised when your credit card has unauthorized charges and you start itching the next day. Faux luxury just MARRIOT COPLEY MOTEL VIBES!

The room was very warm overnight, even though I put the air conditioning on.

Great hotel-clean with great customer service from housekeeping to front desk. Perfect location and the hotel is not a typical courtyard as it’s got character and very comfortable.

Upon checkin the front desk person led us to believe we were getting an upgrade to a larger room with a great view. When we reached our room we discovered it was a handicap room. We were very angry and when we called down to the front desk they brushed it off with you got the last room we are sold out. We had made these reservations 3 months ago thru Expedia. Reported to Expedia when they texted how’s your room. Response from Expedia we’ll inform the property. Didn’t happen dupped by Marriott and Expedia……BEWARE..

The hotel was centrally, located with spacious rooms and clean. The area is very walkable with endless shopping and dining options.

Our family of 4 stayed in the hotel for 2 nights as part of a New England road trip at the end of our stay. It was the 5th and final hotel of our stay so we had many things to compare against! The location of the hotel is great - close to Back Bay shops and restaurants and many other sites and attractions. The hotel itself is on the smaller side - a fairly small lobby area with no real restaurant and just a shop selling food - meant that you needed to find other options for breakfast with a supermarket and shops not far away. The room was nice and modern - we booked a room with a separate living area so the kids could have their own beds. The room with the sofa bed could do with some proper curtains though! Overall a decent option for the location but probably would look elsewhere if you are looking for something for more amenities and a decent breakfast on site.
