Courtyard Boston Copley Square

This hotel was good for what we needed it for. Upon check in was not told our reservation was switched from a king room that I booked to a double queen until we walked in the room to find that. Went back to the front desk and said the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do. Was informed that our room was changed without telling us because they give priority to their Marriott members. Was very unhappy about this. The room was ok. Bathroom was not very clean and there was hair all over the shower. Would probably stay somewhere else next time we go to Boston, but it was still an okay stay.

We had a wonderful stay! It began with excellent service by Eldair when we checked in. He was very accommodating and assisted us in every way. The hotel was spotless, the beds were super comfy and the location is excellent. The hotel is quite charming! Everything you could need/want is less than a few blocks away. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and was able to check in early

Perfect Back Bay location! Hotel was clean and easily accessible with parking directly across the street. Snacks and drinks in the lobby, free waters upon arrival and super friendly staff. This is my new go to Marriott in B B. Valet parking also available. Oh it’s also a beautiful building!

Posizione eccellente, a Back Bay, strategica per visitare la città a piedi. In zona molti negozi e ristoranti. Stanza molto bella. Colazione buona (non buffet).

Beautiful, clean hotel. Surprisingly spacious rooms. Excellent location. Courteous and helpful staff. Will return next time we're in Boston.

The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. It had a small refrigerator and a safe. The staff were helpful but I wouldn’t say they were the kindest or most helpful in my experience. We didn’t have very much interaction with staff. This was a great location if your activities were in the south end of the city. Although it was very easy to travel to the north end.
