Courtyard Boston Copley Square

I loved the hotel's great location in the heart of Back Bay, next to the Public Library and a block from Copley Place. The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful, as were the Housekeepers. My room was well furnished, quiet, clean, and very comfortable, the bed gave me a perfect night's sleep. Any food and beverage options were limited, but they offered coffee and a few breakfast items in the morning. I had a really nice stay. I felt like a valued guest and am looking forward to my next visit to Boston and a return to the Copley Courtyard Marriott.

We arrived early for our daughters surprise engagement, the young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and was even able to get us in our room.

We have stayed at the Boston Coplety Marriott twice and hope to go back again to enjoy their comfy and impeccably clean hotel, it's ideal location, and friendly service.

Great location and front desk staff is amazing.

The hotel was ok. Staff very friendly and the room was good. However, the cleaning could be better. Nightstand has grime that was never wiped down. Majority of towels had either red/brown or yellow stains. They only clean every other day which is fine but only give you one bar of soap and only 2 coffees, so you have to ask for more. Homeless camp out at library next door but didn’t bother us. Gym is tiny.

Great location with great views. You are near everything. Very comfortable beds. A very professional and courteous staff. Great value as well.

Exceptional service, perfect location, clean rooms and amenities. The history of hotel is well worth learning about. Blocks from historical landmarks and famous parks. This hotel exceeded our expectations and will be sure to stay there again.

I was in town overnight for my nephew’s graduation and my sister booked me at the Courtyard Marriott Copley Square. Check jn and Check out staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. Star Market was just a few steps away. My bed was divinely comfortable and even though I was in the city, my nights rest was peaceful. I was able to get up and walk and tour and take it sites within a few blocks. Great location and great facilities.
