Courtyard Boston Copley Square

Great staff and service. Really helped with everything. As a handicapped person it was really appreciated to have their recommendations and to work with mobility services to handle my scooter drop off and issues with the scooter. They were so nice, and really looked after us. Room was great; comfortable, and clean. Nice to come home to after busy days around Boston. Will definitely us again when we come to next Red Sox games.

Great location. Owners have changed. Disappointed with the niceties that have been removed like: complimentary glass of wine in the evening,and Biscoff cookies with the coffee.

We were there to go to a game at Fenway and to see the many historical sights. The team at the Courtyard were amazing. Became like family. And took such good care of us. As someone with a handicap it was truly appreciated.

Conveniently located , walkable to great restaurants, and historical sites . Front desk staff was most helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean

Super stay. The location is ideal, the rooms really comfortable and well appointed, the staff fantastic! It is easy to get to/from the airport, one block from a main entrance to The Prudential Center, and a block and a half the other was to Newbury Street. Easy walking distance to the Charles River oath or Boston Commons. My room had great windows so lots of light, a chair, ottoman and reading light to sit by the window, and very comfortable bed. Nice sized property without the crowds or ‘generic’rooms of the very large chain hitels nearby.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. We arrived early for the Red Sox game, and they took care of our vehicle and checked us into our rooms prior to the game. It is located near Near Newbury Street and only a 30-minute walk to Fenway.

Pricing was a little more than I'd expect for a Sunday night, but it was a holiday weekend and move-in weekend at the University and Colleges.

The night staff was nice and understanding to provide me service as I’m a student
