Resident children playing football next to my patio. Being very noisy and climbing on my patio gate. Most annoying.

Location was great … beach, restaurants & shopping precinct within easy walking distance and a bonus close to the Wharf … Reception staff were excellent … easy access to bus services

The facilities were great and I'm sure people have had great stays here

Internet was out for the 1st 3days.. no biggie just annoying.. just Hotspot off phone. The constant jackhammering directly above our bedroom (level 5) from 730am until 3pm until we were moved to another room (that they offered assistance with "get your trolleys from the basement") was a nightmare especially with a 1 year old that needed naps. New room didn't have a bath so we had to shower kids 1 & 4yo for the next 7days was also pain. On our final day the jackhammering started again in what sounded like the next room. They were also really tight with dishwasher & washing machine detergent. Providing 2 each for a 10night stay. At over $2k I expected more.

Good location, apartment had everything we needed and in good location and very friendly staff.

Staff were amazing. Location was great. Pool was perfect for young kids

Cockroaches in our apartment whole family of them! Main TV in lounge not working the entire time we were there. The techniciian arrived 6 days after our initial request to have it fixed and even then it wasn't fixed still. We had to go home the next day so it was a total fail Attitude of one staff member who was quite rude and dismissive of our requests for assistance with both issues. He did apologise but our wasn't a nice experience.
