Caribbean Resort

Location! We parked our car in the free parking garage and never used it for the rest of the weekend. Everything was at our fingertips. Very comfortable apartments with everything we needed, including toiletries, a little dishwashing & laundry liquid. (Hate it when they don’t supply this!) And great hot spa, and swim all year round pool. So relaxing!we were twin share so we really appreciated free upgrade to 2 bathrooms!! Thank you!!! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only small detail we could fault is that the curtains in the second bedroom (with singles) didn’t properly blockout the hallway lighting that is on all night. The light comes through over the top of the curtains and made sleep difficult. Main bedroom is fine.

The living room layout was awkward and the tv was ancient and didn't work half the time. We were meant to stay for 3 nights from Friday until Monday but decided to leave a night early because it just wasn't a good experience. Our keys (the blue fob) also stopped working on Sunday afternoon even though we had booked until Monday. We were locked out of our apartment with no phones while we were packing things into the car and had to call the afterhours number for assistance.

The pool area is fantastic, the apartment we stayed in had been upgraded and was very nice. It’s a great location - 1 min walk and your on the esplanade, beach in front of the surf life saving club in 5 min and only due to the work that happening at the moment. Staff were friendly. Very secure. We had a great stay with 2 families in 2 apartments.

The second bedroom of the apartment we stayed in had windows into the main level of the apartment doors. And they keep the lights on all night, which is understandable, but it means a very light bedroom all night. Being an eye mask if you’re sensitive.

Loved it all, perfect for our family. Reception was really nice and professional, easy check in. Room was spacious and well equipped, recently renovated. The pool is excellent for young kids, and everything you need is in walking distance.

The sauna was out of order during our stay.

Great location: easy walk to the beach. Pool was great for the kids. Renovated apartments were well appointed.

Would have liked a second bathroom / toilet for the late afternoon rush to get ready for dinner after late swims in the pool.
