The hotel is poorly maintained and smelled dirty. The room was not clean and the items in the room were very dated

Nice stay for 2 nights. Staff was professional and hotel was well maintained. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Only one complaint. Keeping the continental breakfast replenished. We are late risers so no milk for cereal, Luke warm water for tea and danish not replaced. No one around to ask.

The hot tub was permanently closed. Noise came through the walls.

Nice, clean room with good amenities and a good location. However, the water on tap had a smell to it, and the wi-fi was a very weak signal and extremely slow (about 4 mbps).

Loved the jetted tub.

The hotel was ok. Beds were terrible. I had to sleep in a chair because of the terrible mattress. Pillows were the worse. Bathtub when wet and soapy was very very slippery and to bar/ handle to assist getting in and out of the tub to shower. Included breaskfast every morning which was nice. A 2 star hotel with a 4 star pricing. Would never stay there again.

This was a gift to my parents and they really enjoyed themselves. Everything was to their liking, their favorite was the jucuzzi tub in their room. They would like to stay again! Check in was easy the hotel gave no hard times about paying for the room and my parents being able to stay in all they wanted me was to provide their names and car details. Thank you for making it an easy process!
