Great coustomer service. Pool area is clean. Good breakfast. Cafe is in the parking lot. Also right off the highway.

Check in was quick & easy, the staff was friendly & property was clean. Everything you want in a decent hotel.

The property was dirty. There was hair left in the shower from the previous people. The property stunk and there was stain in the bed and shower curtain. The sink was also clogged and the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom door would not shut. Overall a terrible experience

We got a room with a hot tub/whirlpool. We had to figure out how to work its jets and bubbles. The faucet wasn't even marked hot / cold. We appreciated the extra towels already in the room. There was a wall switch that we deduced is for an exhaust fan, but not sure as it wasn't labeled either. The included breakfast was quite nice, with a variety of items and quality. The room did NOT have a binder or pamphlet with info of the room, hotel or area. It took a while to figure out what TV channels were what (need a local channel for local weather!)

It was our first time staying here. It was very clean. The check in gal was nice. Not so much the rest of our stay. Obviously I didn’t check closely at what was in the room before I booked it (that’s on me) There was no refrigerator in the room. We have stayed at every other hotel in Shawano. This was way pricier than the other ones, but thought we’d try it. Definitely not worth the $

I've never stayed in a hotel room more disgusting than the one I was given. I checked in early but didn't go into the room and put my stuff in there until late at night. Otherwise I would have gotten a different room or different hotel! It literally smelled like a boys locker room. After showering and putting on clean socks, the socks were black with dirt after walking across the room. DISGUSTING!!! The rest of the property looked clean and didn't smell. I will NEVER stay there again.

The motel was fine, nothing special. The tv did not work. Every single channel said it was unavailable.

Thank you for a clean comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the location perfect for my visits to Oneida and the Wolf River
